Manager - Marketing (Digital)

Department: Marketing
Location: Coppell, TX


  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and B2B marketing/sales funnels
  • Familiar with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce DMP and Salesforce Ad Studio
  • Familiar with constructing and deploying audience segments via a DMP
  • Responsible for trafficking assets and providing optimization recommendations for marketing campaigns
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across diverse digital channels. Campaigns will include execution across paid search, display, native, digital video, paid social, audio and retargeting.
  • Assist in managing external vendors, holding them accountable to timelines, budgets and asset development.
  • Provide data-driven insights and contributions to the development of campaign strategy, creative assets, budget management and overall project management.
  • Project management responsibilities will include media plan development, digital media budget management and project communications across internal teams.
  • Work with the Insights Team and external vendors to provide weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and analysis of digital campaign performance and next steps for optimization.
  • Ability to think creatively in a constantly changing environment about how to maximize the amount of quality leads and traffic coming from digital channels.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred, or the equivalent in professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing performance-based traditional, digital and ABM campaigns at a B2B company or agency role with monthly budgets exceeding $500k. Experience managing external partners preferred.
  • Proficiency with managing and analyzing performance in: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce DMP, Salesforce Sales Cloud, GA 360, AdWords, Bing, Yahoo/Gemini, Paid Social Platforms such as Facebook/Instagram and LinkedIn, DSPs such as Doubleclick and/or Sizmek for Programmatic Display/Video/Native campaign management and reporting, and Retargeting Platforms such as AdRoll and/or Criteo.
  • Experience with executing and managing campaign tagging requirements (UTM and multi-touch attribution tagging experience preferred).
  • Strong communication/writing and Excel skills.
