Business Development Associate

Who YOU are: 

  • Identify new sales leads.
  • Contact potential clients via email and phone to verify information and set up meetings
  • Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.
  • Evaluate and consult prospects’ challenges and needs; present appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pricing to prospects.
  • Create consistent flow of mid-market level opportunities.
  • Excellent presence and ability to lead and close a complex sales process.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the team and organization.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 1-2 years successful experience in sales business development in a business-to-business selling environment.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • All core skills and knowledge of inside sales.
  • Advanced selling & negotiation skills.
  • High level of business acumen.
  • Results oriented, self-motivated and driven by both financial and career opportunities.
  • Excellent computer skills, CRM experience, and technology competence.
  • High School Diploma.
