Community Ambassador

Department: Human Resources
Location: Coppell, TX

Community Ambassador

The Community Ambassador’s primary responsibilities will include greeting guests and clients at the welcome desk, distributing incoming mail, as well as preparing outgoing mail. In addition, the community ambassador maintains the lobby to include the coffee bar.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Manage in-coming, out-going mail, and packages
  • Manage upkeep and cleanliness of coffee bar area
  • Assist with vendors
  • Create employee badges for new hires in Adobe Illustrator
  • Assist Human Resources and the Community Manager
  • All other duties assigned

HOW YOU’LL GET THERE

  • Minimum 1 year of general office experience and a high school diploma
  • Cheerful and upbeat personality with phenomenal interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must
  • Ability to multi task
  • Must be self-motivated and take initiative with projects
  • Able to work independently, be punctual, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel is required
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as all levels of guests/customers at entry
